Same-day certified translation

When the deadline is today or tomorrow, what matters is how the files are prepared and which certification is needed.

Short answer

Same-day service is available on request, depending on volume and certification type.

A one or two page certified translation is quick to prepare. An OTTIAQ or notarized translation needs 2-4 business days more, because a third party is involved.

To move fast

  • Send clear scans of every page
  • State the exact deadline and the institution
  • Give the spelling of names as in the passport

What slows a file down

  • Missing or unreadable pages.
  • Names written in two different ways.
  • Changing the receiving institution midway.

What cannot be rushed

Notarization and apostille depend on a third party: they cannot be guaranteed for the same day.

Tell us the cut-off time, not only the date: it changes how we schedule the order.

Common mistake

Waiting until the day before to ask for an OTTIAQ translation that the institution requires.

Best next step

Write to us on chat or WhatsApp with your files and deadline: we confirm straight away whether it is possible.
